After a new guest downloads the Squeeze
Fitness App and books their first class,
they are immediately greeted with a text
and email notification confirming their
purchase and their initial class booking.

Upon arrival to the Squeeze Studio, guests are greeted by a Club Attendant who will check them in, hand them a complimentary workout towel and give them a quick pre class prep on what to expect. Guests can place their gym bag or personal belongings into one of ourself service lockers.
Squeeze drinks & apparel will also be available for purchase for those who want to indulge in a little shopping while they wait for class to start. Once it’s class time, guests waiting in the lobby will hear the instructor over the sound system prompting them to enter the workout room. The club attendant opens the theatrical sliding barn doors allowing members to enter and find their assigned spots.
For the next 50 minutes clients are ie & Sculpting, all while being submerged into the Squeeze Experience; Blacklight & LED club appeal lighting, a massive sound system delivering pre cut music that’s programmed to the workout and a backdrop video projector display that helps que the workout while displaying pop culture paraphernalia & music videos. Clients are submerged into a night club atmosphere while our DJ aka “EnterTrainer”…. (fancy name we call our instructors ) makes them sweat with non stop muscle burning, sweat drenching, hip thrusting fun!!!
Class finally cools down with some slower pace music, dimming of the lights and a nice relaxing cool down stretch.
Class ends with a Squeeze club attendant serving our guests a nice cold soothing cool down towel infused with eucalyptus oil… a nice finishing touch to a brutal workout.
After experiencing a class at Squeeze Fitness, guests are encouraged to post their peach pics and share their selfies with our endless mirage of picture perfect lighting and unique club design & décor that screams photo op!
